Natalie joined CET in April 2022. Prior to her current role she was a Challenge and Support partner at a Buckinghamshire MAT. She co-led a three form entry Infant school in Slough whilst it went through an amalgamation and has held numerous leadership roles across six diverse primary schools. Natalie holds an Early Years Leadership Accreditation and a PGCE Distinction and National Award in SEN. School Improvement work through high quality CPD and Leadership development are Natalie’s passion. These sit alongside a relentless drive for early identification and a strong EYFS offer. This ensures that schools maximise support for vulnerable learners when it is most needed. Natalie is also a Hygge Trainer. In her spare time, Natalie enjoys exploring the outdoors on walks with her family. Her hobbies include spinning classes, gardening and travelling.
