Emily began her secondment as Assessment Lead in January 2023. Alongside her current role, Emily is Assistant Headteacher at Lace Hill Academy with school level responsibility for maths, assessment, educational visits and KS2 curriculum; she is also an LA County Moderator. Emily is currently undertaking the NPQ for Headship, having previously been awarded a BA (Hons) Primary Education degree with QTS from the University of Winchester. Establishing positive relationships and collaborating effectively with all stakeholders is at the heart of Emily’s work - as both a teacher and leader - to drive improvement and enable all pupils to achieve success. In her spare time, Emily enjoys spending time with friends and family, escape rooms, games and puzzles, and is part of a weekly quiz team.
